This Sauvignon Blanc comes from Misty Cove’s special Kekerengu single vineyard in Marlborough, an exposed site with views over the Pacific Ocean that contributes to the wine’s mineral, saline character. Fruit is sourced from some of the producer’s best vineyard holdings in Marlborough, with a sustainable approach that often extends into organic and biodynamic-style farming practices. The wine is crafted to preserve freshness and site expression, with careful vinification aimed at retaining pure aromatics, bright acidity and the distinctive coastal imprint of the vineyard.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for fruits de mer, oysters, mussels, fresh shellfish, grilled white fish and light summer salads. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary, but a few minutes in the glass will help the aromatics open beautifully.
