Production
Sourced from vineyards in Provence, where warm sunshine, cooling Mediterranean influence and well-drained soils help produce rosé with aromatic lift and freshness. Grapes are typically harvested early in the season to preserve acidity and purity, then vinified with care to protect the wine’s pale colour and delicate fruit character.
