Aroma & Palate
The nose is layered and expressive, with floral aromas complemented by fragrant herbs, roots, ripe fruit and warm spices. On the palate, the vermouth combines a rounded sweetness with aromatic botanical complexity and a gentle bitter edge, creating a balanced and persistent finish.

Distillation & Maturation
Mirafiore’s Rosso Superiore is made according to a historic recipe using 46 different aromatic ingredients, including flowers, plant roots, fruits and spices. These botanicals are naturally extracted before being blended with wine, sugar and alcohol in keeping with the traditional production method of Vermouth di Torino.

Serving Suggestions
Serve well chilled, either neat or over ice, with an orange twist to highlight its aromatic character. It is also an excellent base for classic cocktails such as a Negroni, Americano or Manhattan, and pairs well with aperitivo dishes, cured meats, aged cheeses and dark chocolate.

Casa E. di Mirafiore began producing vermouth in the early 19th century, continuing a Piedmontese tradition that dates back to the 18th century and was enjoyed during the era of the royal House of Savoy. This modern expression returns to that heritage by reviving a historic recipe in the characteristic style of Turin Vermouth.
