Tasting Notes
Light straw-yellow in the glass with a delicate, lively mousse. The nose is intensely aromatic, offering classic Moscato notes of fresh grapes, white peach, orange blossom, sage, and a gentle hint of honey. On the palate, Nivole is soft, sweet, and beautifully balanced by bright acidity and its naturally low alcohol. It finishes clean, fragrant, and refreshing, making it as elegant as it is easy to enjoy. Best enjoyed young for maximum freshness, though it is made to be appreciated for its immediate, expressive appeal rather than long-term cellaring.

Production
Nivole is made in Piedmont from Moscato Bianco/Moscato Reale grapes, a variety that thrives in the region’s hillsides and gives the wine its signature perfume and delicate sweetness. Harvesting is typically carried out with care to preserve the grapes’ aromatic intensity, and vinification is handled to retain the wine’s natural freshness, gentle sparkle, and vibrant fruit character.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, alongside fruit tarts, panna cotta, shortbread, almond pastries, or light creamy desserts. It also works beautifully with fresh fruit, especially peaches, apricots, and strawberries. No decanting is needed—simply open and enjoy while the wine is fresh and lively.
