Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Riesling shows a brilliant, bright yellow colour. The nose is expressive and layered, with aromas of citrus, apple, and ripe peach leading the way, supported by subtle floral and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced, with lively acidity framing the fruit and giving the wine energy and freshness. A light mineral character adds definition and length, while the finish is long and persistent. With its structure and concentration, this wine has excellent ageing potential and will continue to develop complexity over time.

Production
This wine comes from the Herrenberg, a site known for producing Rieslings with clarity, tension, and mineral expression. The grapes are selected from the estate’s finest fruit, allowing for the concentration and quality expected of a Großes Gewächs. Vinification is carried out with the aim of preserving purity, finesse, and the natural character of the vineyard.
