Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows an intense golden-yellow color that hints at its natural sweetness and depth. Production
This wine comes from the steep Abtsberg vineyard in the Mosel, a site known for its slate soils and cool climate, which help preserve finesse and acidity even in sweet wines. The grapes are harvested by hand in very selective pickings, ensuring only the most concentrated berries are used for Beerenauslese. Vinification is carried out with care to retain purity, balance, and the natural intensity of the fruit.

Food & Serving
Serve this wine lightly chilled at 10–12°C. It pairs wonderfully with blue cheese, aged hard cheeses, fruit desserts, or refined poultry and fish dishes with a touch of sweetness in the sauce. Decanting is usually not necessary, though a little time in the glass can help the aromas open up.
