The Beerenauslese designation indicates that only the best, fully ripe berries were selected by hand, often affected by noble rot, which concentrates sweetness, acidity, and aromatic intensity. Careful vinification preserves the wine’s purity and precision, resulting in a refined, highly expressive dessert wine.
