Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a vivid garnet hue with a bright, translucent rim—classic Nebbiolo at its most elegant. The nose opens with red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petal, dried herbs, and subtle spice, with the deeper Ravera character bringing notes of licorice, tar, and earthy minerals. On the palate, it is layered and precise, with firm but polished tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, savory finish. Expect a wine that balances perfume and structure beautifully, with the concentration to develop further in bottle over many years. While approachable with time in decanter, it should reward cellaring for 10–20 years or more depending on storage.

Production
