Production
Sourced from vineyards in Piedmont, the wine reflects the region’s cool climate and the well-exposed hillside sites around Serralunga d'Alba, which help preserve aromatic intensity and natural freshness. Moscato grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal ripeness to retain their signature perfume and acidity. Vinification is carried out with care to preserve the grape’s primary aromas, followed by a gentle, controlled fermentation to create the wine’s characteristic light sparkle and low-alcohol sweetness.
