Tasting Notes
Deep and expressive in the glass, the wine offers a highly aromatic nose of crushed dark stones, dissolved minerals, black plum, red apple, lavender and a hint of sage, with subtle peppery accents adding lift and complexity. On the palate it is full-bodied, richly layered and more structured than it first appears, with ripe tannins, impressive depth and a persistent mineral thread that carries through the long finish. Although approachable in its youth, the wine reveals increasing structure and grip as it opens, suggesting excellent aging potential. This is a vintage to cellar with confidence, with a drinking window that extends for decades.

Food & Serving
Serve with refined dishes such as grilled or roasted beef, venison, lamb, truffle risotto or rich mushroom-based plates. Ideal serving temperature is around 16-18°C, and decanting for 1-2 hours is recommended if opening young to help the wine fully раскрыve its aromatic depth and texture.
