Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a fine, persistent mousse and a luminous, straw-gold colour. The nose is layered and elegant, combining the red-fruited delicacy of Pinot Noir with the floral lift and citrus freshness of Chardonnay, while Pinot Meunier brings softness and roundness. On the palate, it is refined, dry, and beautifully balanced, with notes of ripe orchard fruit, brioche, toasted almond, and subtle mineral tension. The long bottle maturation adds complexity, creamy texture, and a harmonious finish.
