Marsuret San Boldo is a Brut Prosecco Superiore DOCG from the celebrated hills of Valdobbiadene, offering a refined expression of the region’s elegant, fruit-driven sparkling wines. Fresh, dry and well balanced, it combines delicate floral aromas with lively bubbles and a pleasantly focused finish. The Marsuret family has been producing sparkling wine in Valdobbiadene since the period between the two World Wars, preserving a strong connection to local tradition and terroir.

Tasting Notes
Bright and inviting in the glass, with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is delicate and elegant, revealing fragrant floral notes alongside fresh orchard and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is dry, crisp and refreshing, yet sufficiently powerful and rounded to remain balanced through the finish. It is best enjoyed young, when its freshness and aromatic vibrancy are at their peak, rather than cellared for extended aging.

Production
Produced in the Valdobbiadene area, where steep hillside vineyards and a favourable climate help create wines with freshness, fragrance and definition. Marsuret follows a traditional white-winemaking approach, using gentle pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the character of the grapes and the local terroir. The second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks using the Méthode Charmat, resulting in a sparkling wine with approximately 4.8–5.2 atmospheres of pressure and an elegant, lively texture.

Food & Serving
A versatile choice as an aperitif, Marsuret San Boldo also pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, sushi, light salads, fresh cheeses and delicate pasta dishes. Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C. Decanting is not recommended; serve directly from a chilled bottle to retain its freshness and effervescence.

Producer
Marsuret is a long-established family producer from Valdobbiadene, with roots reaching back to grandfather Agostino, who acquired a vineyard in Val de Cune near Guia di Valdobbiadene and began making sparkling wine using natural bottle fermentation. Since 1980, brothers Ermes and Walter have guided the estate, refining its production methods while maintaining respect for nature, tradition and the individual character of the grapes. Their focus on quality has established Marsuret as a respected name in the Prosecco Superiore region.
