Marsuret Prosecco Rosé Brut 2024 is a refined Italian sparkling wine with an alluring soft-pink colour, lively bubbles and an elegant, fruit-driven character. Produced by the family-owned Marsuret estate in the Valdobbiadene area, it combines long-standing Prosecco traditions with a precise modern approach to sparkling winemaking.

Tasting Notes
The wine shows a delicate blush-pink appearance with a fine, persistent stream of bubbles. Its expressive bouquet is intense and aromatic, revealing generous notes of red berries and ripe fruit, complemented by a youthful, vibrant freshness. On the palate, it is elegant and velvety, with good body, balanced fruit character and a subtly persistent mousse. The Brut style keeps the finish fresh and refined. It is best enjoyed young to preserve its bright fruit and lively sparkle, although it can be kept briefly under suitable conditions.

Production
Marsuret’s Prosecco Rosé is made in the Valdobbiadene area, where the estate places strong emphasis on expressing the character of both the grapes and their terroir. The grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The sparkling process is carried out using the Charmat method, with the wine developing a pressure of approximately 4.8–5.2 atmospheres.

Food & Serving
A versatile choice as an aperitif, this Prosecco Rosé also pairs well with light starters, cured meats, fresh cheeses, seafood, salads and dishes featuring poultry or delicate pasta. Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C. Decanting is not recommended, as it would dissipate the wine’s delicate bubbles; open shortly before serving instead.

Producer
Marsuret has been a family-owned Prosecco producer in the Valdobbiadene area for generations. The story began between the two World Wars, when Agostino Marsura purchased a winery in Val de Cune near Guia di Valdobbiadene and began producing sparkling wine through natural bottle fermentation. Since 1980, brothers Ermes and Walter Marsura have led the estate, refining its production techniques while maintaining a strong respect for tradition, nature and the individual expression of each grape variety and vineyard. Today, Marsuret is recognised for combining a personal, traditional style with the quality standards expected of discerning Prosecco drinkers.
