On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with firm but polished tannins, vivid acidity, and a core of ripe red and dark fruit. Production
The vineyards of Furore sit on steep, terraced slopes in the Costa d’Amalfi, where volcanic soils, sea breezes, and dramatic altitude changes create a distinctive terroir. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested due to the challenging terrain, ensuring only healthy, perfectly ripe fruit is selected. Vinification follows a traditional approach aimed at preserving the varietal purity of Aglianico and Piedirosso, with aging in bottle or neutral vessels to retain freshness and coastal minerality.
