Tasting Notes
Pale straw-yellow in the glass, this wine opens with an elegant and fragrant bouquet of acacia, lemon verbena, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, with bright freshness, clean citrus-driven fruit, and a refined minerality that carries through to a finish recalling toasted almonds. The wine’s structure suggests excellent immediate appeal, while its concentration and balance also give it the potential to develop gracefully over the short to medium term, gaining a little more depth and texture with time.

Production
Produced on the steep, sun-drenched slopes of the Amalfi Coast in Campania, this wine reflects a terroir defined by dramatic elevation, coastal influence, and very limited yields. The blend of 60% Falanghina and 40% Biancolella is crafted with a clear focus on quality, with careful vineyard work and vinification designed to preserve freshness, aromatic precision, and the wine’s natural balance.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, prawns, and the classic flavors of Campania cuisine, including lemon-based dishes and light pasta with herbs or vegetables. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
