Tasting Notes
The wine is deep ruby in the glass, with a poised, luminous core. Its bouquet is layered and captivating, opening with blackcurrant, blackberry, violet, graphite, cedar, and subtle spice, followed by more delicate floral and mineral tones as it unfolds. On the palate, it is silky and perfectly composed, with fine-grained tannins, vibrant freshness, and remarkable concentration without heaviness. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings structure and depth, while Merlot softens the texture and Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot add aromatic complexity. Produced in Margaux within Bordeaux’s Left Bank, this wine comes from gravel-rich terroirs that naturally favor Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside clay and limestone influences that contribute balance and finesse. The grapes are harvested parcel by parcel and vinified with meticulous attention to detail, with each plot kept separate to preserve its individual character before final blending.

This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, game birds, and dishes featuring mushrooms or truffle. Serve at 16–18°C and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking young, though older bottles may need only a gentle airing.
