Food & Serving
Best enjoyed with refined dishes such as roast lamb, beef fillet, duck breast, game, or mushrooms and truffle-based preparations. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for a couple of hours if drinking young to allow the wine to open fully and soften its tannins.
