Tasting Notes
The 2022 vintage shows a refined, understated character with impressive poise. Aromas of crushed flowers, mint, white pepper, blood orange, and cinnamon rise from the glass, leading into a palate that is beginning to show more weight, especially through the mid-palate, while remaining sleek and composed. Expect a wine of excellent balance and sophistication, with bright freshness supporting its layered fruit, spice, and floral tones. It is approachable now with decanting, but has the structure and pedigree to develop beautifully with further aging over the coming years.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for grilled steak, roasted lamb, braised game, truffle dishes, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking young, to allow the wine’s aromatic complexity and structure to open fully.
