Tasting Notes
Pale yellow in the glass, the wine opens with a generous aromatic bouquet marked by clear mineral notes. Expect layers of herbs, hay, and citrus, followed by a lively, juicy palate with a fine spicy edge and impressive structure. The finish is dry, clean, and persistent, giving the wine a firm sense of focus and length. While already expressive now, it has the structure and energy to develop beautifully over the next few years.

Production
Made from 100% Kerner, a grape that thrives in cooler alpine conditions and captures the distinctive character of Trentino-Alto Adige. The wine spends 8 months aging in stainless steel tanks and acacia barrels, a combination that helps preserve freshness while adding subtle texture and complexity.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile food wine, especially good with seafood, shellfish, grilled white fish, vegetable dishes, risotto, and alpine-style cuisine. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
