Tasting Notes

On the palate, the wine is lively and well-balanced, combining crisp acidity with a smooth, rounded texture. Expect flavours of lemon, pear, and orchard fruit, with a gentle mineral edge and a refreshing finish. It is best enjoyed young for its vibrancy, though it may develop a little more softness over the next 2 to 4 years.

Production
Mâcon Villages comes from the southern part of Burgundy, where Chardonnay benefits from a warmer climate and varied limestone and clay soils that help preserve freshness while adding texture. Grapes are typically harvested at optimal ripeness to retain natural balance, then vinified with a focus on purity and fruit expression. Fermentation and ageing are usually carried out in stainless steel or neutral vessels to keep the wine crisp, clean, and true to its terroir.
