Production
Lynch-Bages is sourced from gravel-rich terroirs in Pauillac, where well-drained soils and the tempering influence of the nearby Gironde help Cabernet Sauvignon achieve ripeness, precision, and intensity. The grapes are harvested with careful selection, and vinification is carried out to preserve varietal purity, concentration, and the estate’s signature structure, followed by élevage in oak to add complexity and refinement.

This is a natural match for roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, entrecôte, game, and richly flavored dishes with mushrooms or truffle. Serve at around 16–18°C and consider decanting for at least one to two hours if opening young or if you want to fully release its aromatic complexity.
