Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby-red color with youthful vibrancy. The nose is inviting and expressive, with red cherry, plum, violets, and a subtle herbal note that reflects its central Italian origins. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with lively acidity, supple tannins, and a clean, fresh finish. Sangiovese lends brightness and structure, while Merlot adds softness and depth. It is approachable now, but should also hold up nicely over the next few years.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roasted chicken, grilled pork, pasta with tomato-based sauces, mushroom risotto, and aged pecorino. Serve it at around 16–18°C. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help the wine open up if enjoyed young.
