Tasting Notes
Bright and inviting in the glass, Aurente shows a luminous straw-yellow color with delicate golden reflections. The bouquet is expressive and layered, offering tropical fruit, banana and sage, supported by subtle oak tones and gentle yellow floral notes. On the palate, it is beautifully structured, with a soft, rounded texture balanced by lively acidity. The finish is long and delicately bitter, leaving a fresh fruity impression and adding extra depth and elegance. While already highly enjoyable, it should also develop nicely over the next few years, gaining further harmony and complexity.

Production
Produced in Torgiano DOC in Umbria, this wine is crafted from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Grechetto, a combination that unites international finesse with native regional nuance. The terroir of Torgiano, with its rolling hills and balanced climatic conditions, lends freshness and structure, while careful vinification is used to preserve aromatic precision and texture.

Food & Serving
Aurente pairs well with roasted poultry, creamy risottos, grilled fish, shellfish and refined vegetable dishes. It also works nicely with soft cheeses and dishes featuring herbs or a light buttery sauce. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary.
