On the palate, the wine is beautifully focused yet generous, with a textural creaminess balanced by crisp citrus freshness and a distinctly saline, vertical character. It finishes with long-lasting energy and length, and while already highly enjoyable, it should continue to evolve gracefully over the coming years.

This Champagne is an excellent match for oysters, scallops, sashimi, grilled white fish, or poultry with light cream sauces. Serve well chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended.
