Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright straw-yellow colour with green reflections, signalling youth and vibrancy. The nose is delicate yet expressive, with notes of white flowers, ripe pear, citrus peel, fresh herbs, and a subtle almond-like nuance that is often associated with Friulano. On the palate, the wine is crisp and graceful, with clean acidity, a supple mid-palate, and a distinctly mineral finish. Ribolla Gialla adds freshness and tension, while Friulano brings roundness and a touch of savoury depth. Best enjoyed young for its energy and aromatic detail, though it can develop additional complexity over the next few years.

Production
Produced in the Collio area of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the wine benefits from hillside vineyards shaped by marl and sandstone soils, which help give the wine its signature minerality and finesse. The grapes are typically harvested by hand to preserve quality, then vinified with careful temperature control to protect the delicate aromas and maintain freshness in the finished wine.

Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; a short rest in the glass is enough to let the aromatics open up.
