Description
Lionel Osmin & Cie’s Chambre d’Amour Rosé Tendre 2025 is a playful, expressive rosé from southwest France, combining the regional Négrette grape with aromatic Muscat de Hambourg. Lightly sweet, beautifully fresh and effortlessly approachable, it is designed for sunny days, relaxed gatherings and easy-drinking pleasure.
Tasting Notes
The wine shines in the glass with a clear, delicate pink colour. Its aromatic nose is inviting and expressive, offering notes of ripe raspberry, strawberry and pink grapefruit, followed by fragrant Muscat grape and subtle floral nuances.
On the palate, it is soft and rounded, with a gentle natural sweetness balanced by lively acidity. The finish is fresh, elegant and fruit-driven, leaving a refreshing impression. This rosé is best enjoyed young, while its vibrant fruit and aromatic character are at their most expressive.
Production
Produced under the IGP Comté Tolosan designation, this rosé brings together Négrette and Muscat de Hambourg, two varieties that create a distinctive balance of fruit, fragrance and freshness. The wine reflects the varied, Atlantic-influenced conditions of southwest France, where a cooler and more humid climate helps preserve aromatic intensity and natural acidity. Specific harvesting and vinification details are not provided, but the finished style is clearly focused on freshness, aromatic purity and immediate drinkability.
Food & Serving
Chambre d’Amour Rosé Tendre is excellent as an aperitif and pairs naturally with summer salads, tapas and seafood. Its lightly sweet, aromatic profile also complements Asian-inspired dishes, as well as desserts featuring red berries or a refreshing fruit sorbet. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary.
