Tasting Notes
Bright ruby-red in the glass, this wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries, complemented by subtle earthy and spicy nuances. The palate is juicy and clean, with refreshing acidity, gentle spice and smooth, well-integrated tannins. Its unoaked style keeps the fruit in focus and makes the wine especially enjoyable in its youth, though it is best appreciated over the next few years for maximum freshness.

Production
Libre y Salvaje works with selected parcels in DO Cariñena, Aragón, focusing on Garnacha grown at high altitude on poor, lean soils. The grapes are harvested with an emphasis on preserving their freshness and varietal character. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts, while maturation is carried out without oak to maintain the purity of the fruit and a clear sense of origin.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly cool, at around 14–16°C. The wine pairs particularly well with grilled poultry, Mediterranean vegetable dishes and lighter stews, while its fresh, easy-drinking style also makes it a strong choice by the glass. Decanting is not necessary, although a brief aeration in the glass can bring out its spicy and earthy nuances.
