Les Vignobles Torpez Côtes de Provence Bravade 2025 is an elegant rosé shaped by the sunlit coastal terroir of Saint-Tropez. Tasting Notes
The wine presents a delicate peach-pink colour with subtle lychee highlights. Its expressive nose combines jasmine and honeysuckle with fresh kiwi, clementine and yellow melon, complemented by gently spicy nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded, supported by a graceful tannic structure that gives the wine definition and balance. A mineral finish brings refreshing length, with subtle, refined bitter notes adding complexity. Its structure and freshness make it enjoyable young, while careful cellaring over the short term may allow the aromatics to develop further.

Production
The grapes were briefly chilled before being pressed parcel by parcel. Carefully extracted at low pressure, the must forms the foundation of this cuvée. After cold stabilisation at 5–6°C, fermentation proceeded slowly over three to four weeks at 14–20°C. The wine was then matured on fine lees with regular bâtonnage, enhancing its volume, texture and aromatic complexity. Produced within the Côtes de Provence appellation, it reflects the region’s sunny Mediterranean climate and mineral character.

Food & Serving
A versatile food rosé, the Bravade 2025 is well suited to pasta carbonara, seafood risotto, prawn bisque and a range of Mediterranean dishes. Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C to preserve its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not necessary, although allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass can help its floral and fruit notes unfold.
