Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine is typically deep ruby in color, with a concentrated and polished profile. The nose leans toward blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar, graphite, and subtle tobacco, with the hallmark Pauillac edge of freshness and restraint. On the palate, it is structured yet refined, combining ripe dark fruit with firm tannins, savory minerality, and a long, composed finish. The 2020 vintage should age very well, developing greater complexity over the next 10 to 20 years depending on storage.

Sourced from the Château Latour estate in Pauillac, this wine reflects the gravelly soils and maritime influence that define the appellation. The vineyard’s well-drained terroir favors Cabernet Sauvignon, which is typically harvested by hand and vinified with careful selection to preserve purity and precision.

An excellent match for roasted lamb, entrecôte, beef tenderloin, duck breast, or dishes with truffle and mushroom sauces. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to open fully.
