Les Fiefs de Lagrange is the second wine of Château Lagrange, one of Saint-Julien’s most respected estates, offering a more approachable expression of Bordeaux’s Left Bank style. From the 2023 vintage, it combines the finesse and structure expected from the appellation with the immediate charm that makes it a strong choice for both collectors and everyday Bordeaux lovers.

Tasting Notes
The wine typically shows a deep ruby-red colour with youthful purple highlights. On the nose, expect classic Saint-Julien character: ripe blackcurrant, plum, violet, cedar, and a subtle touch of graphite or spice. On the palate, it is usually medium to full-bodied with polished tannins, fresh acidity, and a core of dark berry fruit framed by notes of tobacco, pencil shavings, and gentle oak influence. While enjoyable in its youth, it should also develop well over the next several years, gaining more complexity and softness with bottle age.
