Production
The fruit comes from old-vine parcels averaging more than 80 years of age, rooted in the classic terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhône Valley. The 2019 blend is composed of 75% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault, reflecting both the warmth and complexity of the appellation. Vinification follows traditional methods, with fermentation in cement vats to preserve freshness and terroir expression, followed by 18–24 months of aging in neutral foudres. This restrained approach allows the character of the vineyards and the vintage to shine without overt oak influence.
