Le Caniette Cinabro is a characterful Marche red that brings together 100% Grenache, organic farming, and a deeply artisanal approach to winemaking. Tasting Notes
In the glass, Cinabro shows a bright ruby-red color. The nose offers red berries and cherries layered with subtle spice, while the palate is full-flavored and persistent, with a mineral edge and well-judged tannins that give the wine structure and balance. The finish is long and satisfying, with the warmth of the vintage and the grape variety coming through in a polished, Mediterranean style. It has the concentration and backbone to evolve gracefully over the next few years, especially as the tannins soften and the fruit becomes more integrated.

Production
Produced in the Marche region by Le Caniette Azienda Agricola, this wine comes from organically farmed vineyards managed with strong respect for the natural ecosystem. The grapes undergo an 8-day maceration in wooden vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and 30 months of aging in 115-liter mini-barriques, then at least 6 months of bottle aging before release.

Food & Serving
Cinabro pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, grilled red meats, game, aged cheeses, and richly flavored Mediterranean dishes. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and decanting for about an hour is recommended to help раскрыть its aromatic complexity and soften the tannins.
