The fruit is fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless-steel tanks, preserving the variety’s bright fruit, lively acidity and subtle spice. The resulting wine reflects Laurenz V.’s aim of presenting Grüner Veltliner in an elegant, accessible and internationally appealing style.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its crisp fruit, mineral freshness and gentle spice make it a versatile partner for salads, sushi, shellfish, grilled fish, roast chicken and lightly spiced Asian dishes. It also works beautifully with fresh goat’s cheese and vegetable-based starters. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving or pour directly into the glass.

Laurenz V. was established in April 2005 by Laurenz Maria Moser V., a descendant of the renowned Austrian Lenz Moser wine family, together with partners Franz Schweiger and Dieter Hübler. Laurenz Maria oversees the vineyards and winemaking, while the partnership’s combined expertise supports the estate’s financial, marketing and distribution operations. The producer focuses exclusively on Grüner Veltliner and has developed a portfolio that includes Sunny, Singing, Friendly, Silver Bullet, Charming Grüner, Grüner Forever and Forbidden Grüner Veltliner. Today, Laurenz V. wines are exported to 42 countries, helping introduce the elegance and charm of Austrian Grüner Veltliner to an international audience.
