Tasting Notes
Bright and fresh in appearance, the wine opens with inviting aromas of apple, pear and citrus, complemented by the classic gently spicy, peppery character associated with Grüner Veltliner. On the palate, it is soft yet energetic, with lively fruit, refreshing acidity and a playful finish that gives the wine its aptly named “singing” quality. This is a wine intended to be enjoyed for its youthful freshness and vibrancy. It is best drunk young, although its balance and acidity should allow it to develop gracefully over the short term when properly stored.

Production
The grapes are sourced from trusted growers in Kamptal, as well as neighbouring Lower Austrian regions including Kremstal and Weinviertel. Laurenz V. focuses exclusively on Grüner Veltliner and combines fruit from these established growing areas to create a fresh, expressive house style. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless-steel tanks, preserving the wine’s aromatic clarity, crispness and lively fruit character.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Singing Grüner Veltliner is a versatile partner for fresh seafood, sushi, shellfish, salads, asparagus, light pasta dishes and poultry, while its subtle spice makes it particularly well suited to mildly spiced Asian cuisine. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving or pour into a suitable white-wine glass to let the aromas unfold.

The producer makes a range of Grüner Veltliner cuvées and has helped shape a contemporary international style marked by subtle spice, elegant acidity and lively, graceful fruit.
