Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a precise, exceptionally dry Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay. With no dosage added after disgorgement, it offers a pure expression of the grape and Champagne’s chalk-rich terroir, highlighting freshness, minerality and fine, persistent bubbles.

Tasting Notes
Bright pale gold in appearance, with an elegant, lively mousse. The nose is refined and mineral, showing aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, green apple and freshly baked bread, with a subtle chalky character. On the palate, it is crisp, focused and completely dry, combining lemon, pear and orchard-fruit flavours with saline minerality and an energetic finish. Its structure and acidity allow it to develop gracefully in bottle, while its freshness makes it particularly enjoyable when young.

Production
Produced from Chardonnay grapes grown in Champagne, the wine reflects the region’s chalky soils, which help preserve acidity and lend a distinctive mineral profile. As a Brut Nature, it receives no sugar dosage after disgorgement, allowing the fruit, terroir and winemaking style to remain fully exposed. The wine is matured on its lees in bottle before release, building complexity while retaining its characteristic precision and freshness.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its dry, mineral style is a natural match for oysters, sashimi, fresh seafood, shellfish, ceviche and delicate white fish; it also pairs beautifully with goat’s cheese and lightly seasoned poultry. Decanting is not recommended, as it may diminish the wine’s fine effervescence—open shortly before serving and pour gently into Champagne glasses.
