Production
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from Pouilly-Fumé in the Loire Valley, this wine reflects the region’s cool-climate terroir and signature flinty minerality. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with 70% of the wine fermented in tank and 30% in oak barrels, allowing for a careful balance between purity of fruit and added texture. The wine is then bottle-aged for at least six months before release.

This wine pairs beautifully with goat cheese, shellfish, grilled fish, sushi, and light poultry dishes, where its freshness and mineral edge can really shine. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary unless you want to open it up slightly for a more expressive aromatic profile.
