Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a mature, deep ruby-garnet tone with the first signs of graceful evolution at the rim. The nose is layered and expressive, with ripe dark fruit, dried herbs, spice, and refined oak notes unfolding into hints of vanilla, cocoa, and leather. On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful yet still beautifully balanced, with ripe fruit, firm but polished tannins, and a long, elegant finish. The wine’s structure suggests excellent staying power, and while already in a very enjoyable drinking window, it still has the potential to evolve further with careful cellaring.

Produced in Tuscany from 100% Sangiovese, this Brunello comes from a region known for its rocky soils, warm days, and cooling nights, all of which help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The wine was harvested by hand and then aged extensively in oak casks and bottle, allowing the tannins to soften and the flavors to integrate over time.

This is an excellent match for rich meat dishes such as roasted beef, lamb, game, and slow-braised preparations, as well as mature cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C, and consider decanting if opened younger than its optimal maturity to help the aromas open fully.
