Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in colour, the 2015 Lafite opens with a refined and layered bouquet of blackcurrant, cedar, graphite, tobacco, and violets, with subtle hints of spice and mineral freshness. On the palate it is poised and concentrated, showing beautifully integrated tannins, excellent balance, and a long, elegant finish with dark fruit, earthy complexity, and classic Pauillac structure. This is a wine with exceptional ageing potential. Production
Produced in the gravelly soils of Pauillac, where excellent drainage and proximity to the Gironde estuary help Cabernet Sauvignon achieve concentration and freshness, the 2015 vintage is crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. The grapes are harvested parcel by parcel at optimal ripeness and vinified with meticulous precision to preserve purity, structure, and aromatic finesse.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with premium cuts such as beef tenderloin, lamb rack, roast duck, or game dishes, as well as truffle-infused preparations and aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for 1–3 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to fully open.
