Production
The grapes come from Lafite Rothschild’s exceptional Pauillac vineyards, where deep gravel soils and excellent drainage help Cabernet Sauvignon achieve full aromatic and structural expression. The estate’s meticulous vineyard management and selective harvesting ensure only the best fruit is brought in, with each parcel handled separately to preserve precision and character. Vinification is carried out with great care, often using traditional Bordeaux methods combined with modern temperature control, followed by ageing in French oak barrels to build texture and complexity.

Food & Serving
This wine is a superb match for fine red meats such as beef fillet, lamb saddle, or roast duck, as well as dishes with truffle, wild mushrooms, or rich sauces. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking now to allow the wine to open gradually and show its full aromatic range.
