Tasting Notes
Pale to intense yellow in the glass, it immediately signals brightness and purity. The nose is highly aromatic, with notes of orange blossom, lemon, and mandarin, alongside the delicate floral character that defines fine Moscato. On the palate, the wine is light, fresh, and beautifully balanced, with natural sweetness supported by vivid citrus-driven acidity. The result is a graceful, finely textured Moscato with excellent finesse and a long, clean finish. Best enjoyed young to capture its vibrant aromatic intensity and lively freshness.

Production
The grapes come from vineyards in Coazzolo and Castagnole delle Lanze in Piedmont, where the terroir contributes freshness, aromatic precision, and balance. Fruit is harvested with care and fermented in temperature-controlled autoclaves for around one month, a method that preserves the grape’s natural perfume and gentle sparkle while maintaining the wine’s delicate sweetness and low alcohol.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. It pairs especially well with fruit-based desserts, almond pastries, panettone, and light cakes, but also works beautifully with fresh fruit or as an elegant aperitif. Decanting is not recommended; it is best enjoyed straight from the bottle to preserve its aromatic lift and delicate mousse.
