Tasting Notes
Pale salmon-pink in the glass, this rosé opens with delicate aromas of lime, grapefruit and juicy red berries. The palate is refreshing and beautifully balanced, bringing together ripe fruit, lively acidity and a subtle sense of structure. Elegant yet flavourful, it finishes clean and lingering, and is best enjoyed young while its freshness and vibrant fruit are at their peak.

Production
The vineyards of Domaine La Rouvière are surrounded by hills that help protect the vines from cold and rain. The stony soils absorb the warmth of the day and release it during the night, encouraging even ripening, while the cooling Mistral wind helps preserve freshness and prevents over-ripening. The result is a rosé with a harmonious balance of ripe fruit, crisp acidity, body and elegance.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its freshness and delicate complexity make it an excellent partner for shellfish, crustaceans and grilled fish, while it also works beautifully with pasta dressed with pesto or fresh goat’s cheese. Decanting is not necessary; simply allow the wine a few minutes in the glass to reveal its aromas.
