Produced in Tuscany’s Montalcino zone, this wine reflects the area’s warm days, cool nights, and mineral-rich soils that help Sangiovese Grosso achieve both concentration and freshness. Grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, allowing careful selection of the best fruit for Riserva-level quality. Vinification is carried out with an emphasis on preserving varietal character and structure, followed by extended maturation in wood and bottle to build complexity and refinement.

This Brunello Riserva is an excellent match for rich, flavourful dishes such as grilled or roasted beef, venison, lamb shank, wild boar ragù, truffle pasta, and aged hard cheeses like Pecorino Toscano. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least 1–2 hours to allow the wine to open fully and show its aromatic depth and texture.
