Tasting Notes
In the glass, it is bright and lively, with a clear, polished appearance that hints at its freshness. The nose is fragrant and floral, opening with notes of yellow peach and lily, followed by a crisp, elegant mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is defined by clean acidity, a distinct mineral imprint, and a juicy, persistent finish. Its low residual sugar and precise structure give it excellent balance and make it especially appealing for those who enjoy white wines with energy and purity. Best enjoyed young to capture its aromatic intensity, though it can hold its freshness for a few years.

Production
The grapes come from vineyards at around 800 meters above sea level in the eastern-facing slopes of Trentino-Alto Adige, where the slower ripening at altitude helps preserve aroma and natural acidity. The soils are sandy and clay-based, with quartz and dolomite contributing to the wine’s vivid mineral character. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by extended lees aging to add texture, roundness, and depth while keeping the fruit profile pristine.

Food & Serving
Kurtatsch Kerner 2025 is an excellent partner for fish dishes, shellfish, and delicate seafood preparations, as well as fresh and semi-aged cheeses. Serve it chilled at 10–12°C to best appreciate its aromatic range and mineral precision. Decanting is not necessary.
