In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow color with golden reflections, hinting at its depth and maturity. The bouquet is intensely aromatic and layered, with elderflower, basil, thyme, yellow peach, lychee, and quince creating a highly perfumed, Mediterranean-tinged profile. On the palate, it is compact, dry, and beautifully balanced, with a mineral backbone that keeps the wine focused despite its generous aromatic intensity and 15% alcohol. The finish is long and intriguing, with subtle smoky, empyreumatic notes that add complexity and suggest good aging potential over the medium term.
