In the glass, it shows a deep golden color with fine, persistent bubbles that speak to years of careful aging. The bouquet is layered and refined, opening with dried fruit, citrus peel, and honey, then unfolding into toasted nuts, warm spice, and a subtle mineral thread. The palate is full and silky, with an impressive balance between freshness and mature richness. Flavors of ripe orchard fruit, caramel, tobacco, and spice linger on a very long finish, and the wine remains vibrant enough to continue evolving gracefully for years to come.
