The historic Kloster Ebernach estate has roots stretching back around 350 years: in 1673, the monastery took over the estate and its vineyards. The Zenzen family later assumed responsibility for the traditional winery, with Heinz-Rudolf and Dr. Peter-Josef Zenzen representing the 13th generation devoted to winegrowing. Drawing on extensive family experience and a deep connection to the Mosel, the estate focuses on honest, characterful wines that respect the area’s long winemaking heritage.
