Production
The grapes come from the Hubacker vineyard in Rheinhessen, a steep, highly regarded site associated with concentrated, mineral-driven Riesling. The fruit is hand-harvested to ensure careful selection and quality in the cellar. As a Grosses Gewächs, the wine is made in a dry style that emphasises the character of the vineyard, combining ripe fruit with structure, freshness and long-term ageing potential.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at approximately 10–12°C, allowing the wine to open and reveal its full aromatic complexity.
