Tasting Notes
The 2023 vintage combines impressive concentration with an almost weightless elegance. On the nose, citrus, peach and green stone fruit are complemented by subtle toasted and reductive nuances, alongside a distinctive mineral character reminiscent of crushed oyster shells. The palate is silky and gently creamy, with excellent depth and a firm natural acidity that keeps the wine focused and precise. Its long, mineral finish and balanced structure suggest very good ageing potential over the coming years.

Production
Hyde Vineyard lies in the heart of Carneros, where the cooling influence of San Pablo Bay provides ideal conditions for Chardonnay with freshness, intensity and finesse. The vineyard’s marine clay and loam soils become increasingly leaner higher up the slopes, contributing both concentration and pronounced minerality.
