Tasting Notes

The finish is precise and refreshing, with the mineral character adding length and complexity. Enjoyable in its youth for its energy and clarity, it should also develop added texture and nuance with careful short-term cellaring.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at around 10–12°C to preserve its freshness and aromatic detail.
