The palate is fresh and energetic, driven by a crackling acidity that frames the fruit beautifully. Tropical notes, citrus, juicy gooseberry, and a touch of wet river-stone minerality create a dry, lively, and perfectly balanced wine with an elegant structure. The finish is long, clean, and refreshing, with lingering citrus and a subtle mineral tension. Production
This Sauvignon Blanc comes from thoughtfully selected Marlborough vineyards, where warm sunny days and cool nights help develop concentrated aromatics while preserving natural acidity. Food & Serving
An excellent choice as an aperitif, or served with shellfish, mussels, sushi, goat cheese, and Asian-inspired fish and seafood dishes. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C to bring out its aromatic brightness and refreshing acidity. Decanting is not necessary.
